Bose Companion 5 – I was weary from the USB interface. but I gave it the advantage of the doubt. All I have to say is…WOW. The sound is extraordinary. instead of just prime quality sources. property designed YouTube video clips come to living just like wonderful. I much like the actuality that you simply can unscrew the base from the speakers. My desk is cluttered and I did not have room. I do now!
I only have an individual grievance:
The middle section of the volume handle knob is in fact a contact sensitive mute. I did not recognize that initially. It occurred quite a few periods. I’d personally be likely nuts messing when using the volume. no sound! When you turn the amount up or down, you’ll need to make it happen with your pointing finger and thumb arched. Normally, you will end up touching the middle component and mute the speakers. I do not get the level of a mute button to begin with, given that all you need to do is reduced the amount.
All in all, A on sound, B- on style and design to the volume knob
